I would suggest you start calling it check chain, choke chain gives people the wrong idea in my opinion.

Thank you so much I felt so ignorant bc I couldn’t figure the chain out! I watched another tutorial twice but he didn’t show up close like you did!!!! I have a 5 month old bull terrier and she is jerking me and pulling me so I have to do something! They are high strung and she’s a puppy weighing about 35 lbs.. she is a member of our family but I have health problems and she will be our security. I never wanted to use a choke chain and was Strickley against them but she is getting stronger and needs to be trained. A friend came and worked with her about an hour,’she trained hers’, and told me I would have to use one. My dog is very smart and gorgeous and I would never do anything to hurt her! Thank you for showing me which side cause they don’t come with instructions! Lol.
God bless you and have a blessed day.✝️??❤️??

They should be banned . They just used 2 hurt the dog when it pulls its painful for it. There are better ways 2 make it walk nice.

Choke and prong collars are designed to punish dogs for pulling by inflicting pain and discomfort. They can cause serious physical and emotional damage to dogs and should never be used.

I didn't like choke collars because they always got stuck and I thought it was a design flaw! Thank you for showing me the proper way to use it!!!

I LOVE you soooooo much! You saved my life. I just received my Rottweiler puppy's new gold plated chain collar in the mail today. I put the the chain collar on her and next thing I know, she finds a way to get out of it as it lays in the yard lol. I couldn't figure out how to put the loops back into one another interloping like it came until watching your video here. Now I know not to put this collar on until I am ready to walk her or bathe her :). Thank you so very much for your brief tutorial sweetie.

Thanks for this. I'm looking after a dog (not the one in the pic!) that has absolutely no walkies training and I was having my arm ripped off making the walk miserable for us both. Will use this method.
