He shouldn't be called the "Dog Whisperer", he should be called the "Dog Kicker".

I used his advice with my Chorkie and he was the best behaved little boy. I could take him on a walk with or without a leash and he always stood by my side. Never behind or in front. He was calm and would just turn his face towards me for affirmation should we pass another dog

I have been watching Cesar on and off for some time. We are now proud owners of a rescue Aussie Lab Mix. He is 9 weeks old. I was wondering how much control to assert on a puppy vs a more mature dog. My current thought is to be viewed as the pack leader and establish a good foundation, but I am not sure how far to take it when he's so young. He still has to learn the leash. So far he listens to my commands and seems to defer to me. He used to attack a paper towel if I cleaned something up on the floor. I have since made him sit…try to clean..as soon as he moved, commanded him to sit (he did), and it took about 5 times but then I was able to clean the floor. Sound about right?

How can we get a hold of Cesar? We have some questions on how to stop my little dog from protecting me and biting peoples feet when they get too close to me. We have tried the training, doggy daycare, but my dog still thinks he is the leader. The consequences of this is that he almost died from a dog bite from another big dog because he was trying to protect me.
