Dog Training Collar (Remote Control you Dog!) – Previously I had only seen these sorts of collars used by hunters to give commands to their dogs but it seems like more and more people are using these to allow their dogs broader freedom and still be able to give them commands even when out of earshot!

Years ago in Bethlehem, PA I stood out one morning in a bleak, cold, freezing November rain waiting for the stupidest miniature schnauzer ever born to do his business. And I had an epiphany. There was indeed a really stupid animal out there in the rain. But it wasn't the dog. Today our household has a clowder of three cats none of whom need a collar. Although if given the opportunity they would put one on us.
